...when someone goes the extra mile with your Porsche. I had my bumper resprayed for rock chips when Dallas put sand down over the winter and the guys not only did a great job on the car but the waxed it and detailed the inside as well. When I pulled up they still had someone working on getting the wheels perfect. Geez, what more can you ask for??
