I noticed that the rubber trim (both outside and inside) tend to bend when windows are going down. I gotta move the window up a notch, then down. It's almost impossible to roll them down at warm temperature. Is there a fix for this problem other than selling the car?

Do you mean the weather strip at the base of the window? You could try using a cleaner with some kind of rubber conditioner in it to soften them up. Or, just replace the strips.
