Headers?
Headers?
at risk of demonstrating my ignorance, When someone says they have "headers" on their 996, be they fabspeed, remus or whatever, what does this mean? i'm familiar with headers on a front engine muscle car, but they usually have quite a bit of exhaust running back to the rear of the car. what about on a rear engine porsche? do they run into the factory exhaust, or does this go away?

Yes and Yes
That combined with high-flow catalytic converters and a free=flow exhaust and you have one very nice sounding setup. There is HP but after I spent $3K for everything I had a tad bit of buyer remorse just because my expectations were pretty high. Some gain but nothing other-wordly. Would I do it again, probably
