I'm installing new seat belts and GT3 replica seats. No matter how try to orientate the seat belts I end up with a twist. Am I doing something wrong or is just the way it is?

I noticed that both my front seat belts have a twist in them and i just figured its the way it is. The car was bone stock when I bought it so I doubt the previous owner ever removed the seats.
