Refurbing GT3 classic wheels

I live in the UK and have contacted a few companies regarding refurbishing my GT3 wheels and no company will touch them!!! WTF
anyone know of a company in the North east of England that will do this job?

One minor challenge I see from doing the work is that one needs to know what type of material the wheels are and what exact process that was originally applied.

Different types of aluminum (even different types of aircraft aluminum) will make a huge difference on how long to dip into the chemicals to seat the chrome or electrolyses nickel (both look pretty much the same). I have seen almost welding reaction on aluminum when dipped into a process tank with the wrong material also in the tank IE if the wheels are aluminum and the screws are steel of some sort then the wheels are dipped together then that could scrap the wheels totally by welding the screws into the aluminum or warping the aluminum

By not knowing the complete original manufacturing process or not having instructions on how to refurbish I would not touch the refurbish job either
