Fitting wheels on a 996 cab vs c4

I'm a little confused on wheel offset and wanted to see if somebody could shed some light. I have a '99 cab and am looking to upgrade wheels but I've seen conflicting info on what fits. Tirerack lists the same offset when I select a c2 cab or c4 coupe. They list 49-53 for the front and 52-55 for the rear, but that doesn't seem right.
I found a pair of 19" Foose Speedstars that were on a C4S - will these fit a narrow body car or is the offset too small (need closer to 60)?

what is the offsets on the Foose.... the rear offsets for a WB are 45mm. WB offsets does not fit NB cars. The c2 and the c4 are NB cars while the c4S are WB.

offset

I'm trying to find out the offset. I must not have realized the C4 was not a WB but only the C4s. That makes more sense why the numbers showed up the same on the fitment website.
