Fair Price on 2002 996 C2 Aero

I have two friends interested in purchasing my 2002 911 C2. Wasn't even considering selling it, but they both have me thinking. If I sell, I may go for a TT. I'm curious what eveyone thinks is a fair price from a sellers standpoint. Here's the Specs:

2002 996 C2
Black on Black
5900 Miles
Xenon Lights
heated Seats
PSM
Full Aerokit
Short Shifter
Carrera II Wheels
Aluminum Shifter
Clear sidemarkers

By the way, Car has never seen rain or snow. Garage kept and covered. Car is in perfect condition.

That seems high to me. I have the same car with the rocker panels in seal gray and has been priced at 50,000 from dealers and 55,000 retail.

If it is 58,00 - 60,000 good bye C2 and welcome to Turbo.

I've seen numbers as low as $57k on Edmunds (without Aerokit)and as high as $70k on Autotrader.com (without Aerokit).

If your car had 19" wheels and a solid aftermarket coilover set, I'd buy it at $53K.
