H&R Rear Sway bar setting?

Just received my H&R sways and getting ready to do the install. Interested in how others have set the adjustable rear bar.

i started with the softest and did one track day. car was very neutral like stock regarding understeer/oversteer. i adjusted to the firmest after that but have not tracked it. i cant get the car anywhere near track speed around town so cant really say what the differece is. i can say that the car felt as if it had lost several hundred pounds during accelleration after the adjustment. dont ask me why..

i went to sharkwerks the other day. their mechanic recommended placement on the middle setting (my car is my dd and per him, could be traction issues in the rain with the firmest setting). i'm going to take that advice and adjust before the next track day. im guessing there will not be much difference from the softest setting..

the bars flattened the car out quite a bit in the corners. i like em a lot!

Thanks,

my gut was to start with the middle setting and see how it performed, then adjust as needed. Did you use the factory drop links?

you can always play with the setting but the middle should be your baseline
