ABS PSM turn off when headlights turned on

I have seen this once before on the forum but no resolution.

I have a new to me 2002 996TT X50 that recently when the lights were turned on had the ABS and PSM lights come on. I read that the issue may be a weak battery or alternator. I just drove the car from San Francisco to Omaha NE (2000) miles. I did leave the lights on on night for about 35-40 minutes and the car started without any issues. Any help would be appreciated.

Follow up on the ABS/PSM issue. Thanks to all for suggestions. Battery changed. Interstate replacement per specs. Took around 24-48 hours but the lights went out and haven't been on since. Voltmeter appears to be more stable. FYI to others, I read on a boxster forum that you need to wait some time prior to the ABS/PSM lights going out once the battery exchanged.
