Wheel question

I have a 2000 996 Cab. I currently have 19's on the car, I like the way the wheel well is filled up and the tires sit flush with the fender. If I drop to an 18 inch rim what offset and size tire will give me the same overall diameter as a 19 and fill the wheel well?

235/40/18 and 285/35/18
18"x8.5" and 18"x10.5"

I have some HRE's in stock with Pirelli's on them. Brand New

Actually, the OE tire sizes in 18" are 225/40R18 and 285/30R18. A 235/40 is probably OK in the front, but 285/35 is too tall for the rear.
