oultons911 is infamous around these parts
anyone installed c4s rear quarters on 996 c2?

I'm in the middle of putting a 997 gt3 front end on my 99 996 c2 gt3 aero using all oe porsche panels.....but i fear with the slightly more flared front wings it might make the rear end look a bit narrow.
I prefer the look of the 996 wide body over the 997 rear end especially the c4s......so i'm just wondering if anyone has put c4s rear quarter panels on their 996 c2/4....and if so any issues i should be aware of?

thanks all.....will post pics when im done.

From what I have seen from pics of the rear being changed (and it isn't much), it seems like shops are adding panels on top of the existing rear quarter panels.

Such as:

There must be a reason they are doing that. I can imagine that changing the front is easier than the rear.

Try sending a message to those guys...
