Please help, this is getting bad.

Please help, this is getting bad.
For about two weeks I have been glued to this site.
However, many of the options, most importantly "reply" are awaiting activation. Here's the error message I get when trying to PM, email, or reply:

You do not have permission to access the page that you were trying to. Are you trying to edit someone else's post or trying to access administrative features? Check that you are allowed to perform this action in the Forum Rules.
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
Can anyone help, or get me in contact with an ADMIN person. I feel like I've tried everything thus far.
