Talking I got her!!!
Well...after 1200 miles and two days worth of flying and driving, she is home.

The great news is she is AS NEW!! I picked her up with 25099 miles on the odometer. There is not a single ding, scratch, scuff, nick or amount of spooge on the car. Every button, switch and lever pops and clicks with authority. The P.O. was amazing. Great guy with a great price. I look forward to many years of owning this 996. SWEEEETTT!!!

BTW- I STILL cannot reply. Thanks for reading tho...

congrats!!! 25K miles is nothing for a P-car. Mine still feels like the first day I got her (4,000 miles used, now 23,xxxmiles) maybe stronger
