Will 04 GT3 bumper fit my 99 C2?

I was wondering if someone can verify this or not? I was told the 2000-up 996's were different with the lights and the later bumper will not fit? True?

you are correct, I don't think it will fit, the headlights are different on a 99' and an 04' so the bumper doesn't fit over that

You could, changing the lights harness and the side panels.

what's a side panel? Do you mean the fender?
