Need to remove hood trunk release panel

Looking for information on removal of the whole interior of the 996 to replace the carpet but most important is the panel that is on the driver side which has two leavers one for the trunk and one for the hood i need to remove this whole piece to clean some gunk out of it.

Ps sorry about the caps button stuck

2 small allen screws facing the center console. They are covered by small plastic plugs. After you remove them, just lift and unplug the connector and you are done.
