it can be bought either from betterbodies or gt3tek.com. they are basically the same company with the gt3tek being their poly division. it comes in one piece.

here's a couple of shots of mine.

tarzancoe is infamous around these parts
Would it be possible to flush it with the existing bumper4 to make the seam:
a) invisible
b) smooth transition similar to the line/crease in a GT3 bumper

It just sit on top of the bumper.it can't be flush...I'd try to line it as close to the existing line/crease as possible. I can molded to make it look like one piece but that would be labor intense..Just like Airrik said.."an expert bodyshop could do it for a fee."

just think of the seam as a character line, it is pretty well lined up with the sideskirts so there is a sense or look of continuity.

I emailed GT3Tek and got a reply saying they were running a special on the diffuser... $469 including shipping. Pretty good deal. Don't know how long it will run for.

It looks great on a dark colored car, but how about a silver car where the additional bodyline would be more visable and become tacky.

These look great. I've got the factory aero without the GT trims on the side of the rear bumpers. Without them, the rear looks like its missing something.
Do you have any pictures of the diffuser uninstalled? I want to see how it attaches to the bumper.

thanks...sorry I don't have any pic..attaching was simple..it requires 3 small screws on each side and double side tape all around the top edges.

Thanks. Do you see any issues with it falling off at higher speeds?

no...I don't hear anything rattles or worry if it falls ...that thing stays on tight if you install it properly

If you have a dark color car, the seam doesn't show that much from a distant ..IMO...I could molded to make it look like one piece but I wanted to be able to take it off if I decided to sell it someday..

here's some pic....what do you guys think?
When you say that you could have it molded to make it look like one piece... I get the idea... but how would you do that? I like the diffuser but my car is arctic silver and the seam is too visible for my taste.

I guess if you use some filler right on top of the seam, it can be made to look similar to a GT3 bumper crease.
