I would also get rid of the amber glass on your front turn signals. You can easily get rid of them and replace the bulb with a silver one that turns amber when blinking. Makes the head lights match the clear side markers better.

KL
PS.Silver turn signal bulbs are about $17 on Ebay

My car is Speed Yellow and the amber side markers look better than the clear/smoke for some reason. I switch them periodically , but I always come back to the amber on the Speed Yellow. I wish I could find just the clear/silver looking side markers, but the smoked just don't look right.

i got mine on ebay, one set i got broke after i removed them once and tried to re-install them, the brackets on the back are plastic, i then bought another set from a different seller (his ebay id is EUROANGELEYES) and these have metal brackets on the back, they look much better than the oem smoked ones (even though they call the oems clear they look smoked)

i have a set of the oem clear (smoked) for sale for $40 shipped if anyone is interested pm me

Got a pic of yours? I'm looking the "clear" ones as I think they match the headlights a bit better than the smoked.

I replaced my amber markers with the clear ones. Do I have to use the amber bulb in the clear markets in CA or can I go clear markers with clear bulb? I like the look of the clear/clear.

Here in Colorado, you need an orange bulb. Not sure about California.

You can put stealth bulbs in. I did. They look clear (actually, silver) but light up amber. You get the looks while staying DOT compliant.

I have a related question. I also bought the clear side markers and really like the look. Here's the question, I simply swapped the clear for the amber and kept the "clear" bulbs in them. Since the car has xenon headlights they look like a weak yellow/white. Has anyone found a nice bright bulb akin to the xenon look?

I'm actually running LED bulbs in my side markers now. They are white when they are "off", but they are amber when they are "on". I'm quite pleased with them.

GeeTee, have you sourced LED's for the market lights? Who has them, link? I don't mind using clear/white instead of Amber.

Check this site, you'll find them to match your headlights... Just don't buy the blue ones, buy the pure white ones.

GeeTee, not to seem like a complete newbie but do you remember the item # for the parking and side lights? Honestly the oem side lights look completely whimpy!
