What to do next - part 2

OK here we go again. I got some interesting opinions and knowing this forum is full of opinions I thought I would see what I get.

My car - 2003 996 TT X50 flashed with Kevin of UAW flash.

Next step - definately exhaust. Thanks to everyone who posted on my last thread about that.

So one P mechanic said I should look at also reoplacing my DVs and also get an upgrade on the wastegates. But then another P mechanic told me not to replace either. He said that the DVs don't break. The after market ones just close and open a little faster and will not make a difference. He also said that aftermarket wastegates will not increase my turbo pressure because that is all software controlled. He recomended the next thing after exhaust to be a cold air intake.

So... anyone have an opinion on this?

Red face wrong board

You might want to ask this question on the turbo/gt2 board. They would be better at answering that the na guys. No offense meant.
