Testing engine compartment fan

it seems like my engine compartment fan doesn't kick on. is there any way to test this out?

kirky is infamous around these parts
i know the Durametric software can turn it on for testing. You could power it up manually to prove the fan out itself and eliminate that as the problem

you can try to unpluged and put som 12v diretly to eliminate the posibility of a dead motor fan, good luck
