Speaker Surrounds

I have a 2000 C2 cab with the "Light Real Wood Package" option. The speaker surrounds on one front and one rear speaker are missing sections (previous owner). Since this option was an obscene $6100 option, I can't imagine purchasing new ones from Porsche, let alone the fact that they may no longer be available. Question: can I exchange them for a simple black plastic surround from a standard interior car, or maybe ones to match the Savanna Beige leather interior? Any other ideas? Are there companies that repair these pieces? It just looks so lousy with the chunks missing out of them. Some of the other "Light Real Wood Package" pieces are also cracking, so replacement with black, carbon fiber, or aluminum OEM parts are also in the cards. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
