On my 2000 C2 cab, I opened the top for the first time today. When I closed it back up, I noticed a deep scratch in the black plastic and top material running 4 inches from just over the passenger door window towards the drivers side window. It dug deep into the black plastic, and left a substantial white line (blue top) in the convertible material. Any ideas what could be causing this? Is there a dressing that I can apply to the top to obscure the highly noticeable white line on the convertible material? I touched up the black plastic with a black marker, but the white line stands out. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks again in advance.
