17" spare and 18" option wheel/tire

I own a 2000 C2 cab. It has an 17" spare, and optioned 18" Turbo Twist wheels. I take it that with this size spare included with the optioned wheels, that there is not a Limited Slip Differential in these cars that can be damaged by using different-sized rolling diameter driven wheels on opposite sides of the car? Is there an option code for the LSD that I should look for? Was it even offered? I am also getting around to the fact that it doesn't matter whether I replace the TT's with an 18" or 19" wheel? Since the Cup Cars currently use 18's, and soon F1 will be using 18's, that is probably what I will end up with. I have been having difficulty finding 11" wide 18's for a 295 width rear tire. Anyone out there with a set of the better-option 18's that were available in 2000?
