Question Mods in progress - problems with turbo front bumper

Hi guys,

I am in progress of doing a few mods on my 996 targa ('02) and have just recieved my new turbo bumper from the paint shop

As I was to install the turbo bumper is seems like the old head light trim (located between the bumper and head light) won't fit perfectly..... does anyone in here experienced the same problem or have a recommendable solution? Is the only way out to buy a set of turbo head light trims?

A new head light trim is almost $ 100 pr. side and it's just a little piece of plastic...!!

Regards

Thumbs up

duuder,

Did you just use your existing trim from the old bumper?

How did you manage to make it fit?

Regards

i had my shop install it. it seem pretty straight forward for them minus the little gap at the bottom which they just used tie wraps.
