has anyone used Rocky Mountrain Radar/Scrambler?

has anyone used Rocky Mountrain Radar/Scrambler?

If i read correctly on their site, it says it can scramble all signals, and also is VG2 proof.

hmmmm,
why would someone just buy a detector and not one of these?

someone told me that they had a friend that had

one of these and any time he would go past those speed detectors on street (where they show how fast you are going), that it would not show any speed..

hmmmm
