OK, so I kept my word and cleaned and (badly) waxed my car today. Here's a few shots to prove it..... It looks like a completely different car!

Next up is replacement rear window, paint the rear brake calipers and get some new wheels. Then I'll decide if I need to lower it, and/or add a spoiler/bodykit. And then it'll be time to start on the inside.

There are houses here that is around a golf course. So your back yard is literally facing a fairway. Risk of broken patio glass doors and windows. Golf ***** can be found on the back yard. I don't live there though. Too far from Central.

Ok Sid, I haven't had the time to take new pics. So, I'll post "old" pics. From how my car was when I got it to present, in the order shown.

Hi jr - what size tires are you using? and what is the width and offset on your wheels? i am thinking of the penta axis (black w yellow pinstripe) and hankooks. not sure whether i should do 285, 295 or try to squeeze in 305s.
.
and how much lower than stock are you with those pss9s?
.
cheers, alan

Hope this helps.

Front lowered by 1", rear by 0.75". I lowered the front more to reduce the stock nose-up stance.

Thanks Dave. The wing that I have on my Cab came with the car when I got it. I've had many people ask me about it. It's a FACTORY AEROWING. I think its subtle... not too big, not too small... just perfect. It's rather expensive if you buy one from Porsche, but checkout Mashaw.com They have perfect copies at a decent price.

No lamin-x on the headlights. I had them professionally sanded and tinted. They pull off a “factory” appearance as someone indicated at a recent cars & coffee meet. I'll post a quick pic when I get a chance with the lights on to give you an idea on how it looks. I think this type of tinting would look really good on your "blacked out" convertible!

It does have the same shade as the "smoked" lamin-x, that's why I thought it was lamin-x. I already have a "tinted" lamin-x that is scheduled for installation next week. The reason why I like lamin-x is because it is very simple to remove in the event I decide I don't like it anymore. The "tinted" lamin-x is more grayish in color while the "smoked" is more in the shade of.......like yours. I currently have the clear lamin-x and when I took a very close look, the coverage is close to 100% of the headlights. I will post pics next week after the install.
