I did it to my 99 c2 .
parts you will need : r & l fenders
front bumper cover [ i did the tt bpr ] with the center grill ,
and r & l grills, you will need to get all the brackets for that tt frt bpr[ i think 3 per side ] ,you will need to get fender liners [2 part liner per side ] ,hdlts trays are needed ,and a lip spoiler[i would recomend you to use oem parts only ].
when you got your new xenons [ post 2002 ] did you get a black plastic contol box with some harness ? [that unit controls the leveling system of the hdlt beam ] very important !
as far as the hdlt harness and plugs ,i hardwired the plugs to my oem harness [so if you can get the plugs only you will save some $$$$$$ ]. btw you will not need a new gas lid door they are the same .

Do you have a part number for the black plastic control box?

Decided to call rather than to have you wait since I see you're doing it this weekend.....

Everything is PLUG AND PLAY with the exception of adding a groud wire on the passender side harness. There should be provisions for this if you look closely....

so should i buy new plugs for $200 or should i just buy all new harnesses for $350? if i buy the new harnesses it is as easy as unplugging the old ones and plugging in the new ones?

It's really up to you but if you mess up you're looking at some $$$ to fix it..... Also you're going to fall short on the wires if you didn't previously have Xenons in you car.....

Double check the $200 fix before going that route.... AS FOR ME, I DID THE HARNESSES, I guess I like to sleep well at night "when I can".....

ttowsontt, yes it's super easy to change the harnesses, shouldn't take more than 20mins.

Thanks! shane for the part number.
