Has anyone a PCM unit that has the SIM Slot. You depress it and it pops out for you to insert the sim card into, slide it back and it stays in. Mine was stuck in, with the edge of a handy swiss army knife I got it to pop out and now it won't stay pushed in. I see on ebay a company that will fix it for 199 GBP, as they state this exact issue is fairly common. Has anyone else experienced this and attempted to fix it themselves? Also every time I open the door /t urn off ignition the GPS DVD makes a loud grinding noise for about 5 seconds, sometimes 30, then finally stops! Any one try yanking the unit to fix either problem? Thanks in Advance!

 

Yanking probably isn't a good idea.
