alpine good idea...with valve open wacker will be batmanize again:-)

Fabspeed valvetronic seems to be basically a "gundo hack" (short-cut pipe from muffler inlet to outlet) with a valve stuck in the short-cut pipe.

You could easily do this to stock gundo-hack mufflers using a DMH or QTP cut-out valve.

(I've been thinking about this idea for a while and am gathering more info, that's why I just found this thread)

IMO the Fabspeed Valvetronic seems to be a decent deal at $2k. I just think that even closed, the "Maxflo" mufflers are too loud, I would prefer the completely stock quiet sound when the valve is closed.
