iphone cables and iwire
From a previous post I decided to give the iwire a try but wanted to confirm compatibility with my iphone 4.
Tried to contact them twice via their contact form and once via phone, nothing.
Has anyone else experienced these problems with this company?
I hear good things about their cables and pricing is very reasonable. But if customer service is this crappy I'm going to look for other alternatives.

Which company are you referring to? I bought the cable for my iPod Touch 4g and Becker CDR220 from Becker Sound. It works perfectly and I'm very happy with it. It was more expensive than other options but it is truly plug-and-play. It's only one cable and it keeps the iPod charged as well.
