Anyone delete bumperettes ? (US) bumpers

Has anyone deleted their bumperettes (US) bumpers. I know that there is an aluminum behind the bumperettes that are connect to the support/crash beam. It's being held by tack weld or rivets. It can be removed. The bumper hole will have to be blocked of and painted. Just curious...pictures will be great guys!

I just painted mine body colour. There is a DIY here how to paint them - it's pretty easy and looks great.

Yeah I know I painted mine and posted a DIY here. Now just thinking about deleting them.

I have a black car and I notice those big bumps... I don't know how you don't....
