Because I'm putting the GT3 MKII wing and the brake lights needs to be back on the top regular place. Had the break light on my RUF wing.
No this means the spoiler is in the DOWN position. The red arrow connector will ONLY work when the spoiler is in the UP position. You might post your probelm on Rennlist. I am sure Loren will have an answer. Most people put in a bypass harness when they install a fixed wing. Suncoast might be able to help you with that.

ok, the way to fix your problem is to take it to a dealer, have them go into the ecu and set it to "fixed wing" this setting is commonly used for track cars.

good luck!

So pressing the switch by the fuse box won't work up and down? If anything I'll just bypass the one that works to the one that doesn't work.

Yes it will make it go up and down but it will go back to the down position once the goes past a certain MPH then slows down.

I'm confused

I thought you were putting a GT2 fixed wing...
If it is fixed than the button in the footwell won't work, if it's an hydraulic wing then it should.

Re, rewire (bypass) sometimes the only way to find out is to try it...
I think if you did install a fixed wing and rewire the lower break-light to the one in the wing the brake light will work but you'll (probably) get a fault light because your computer gets the indication that your wing (decklid) is not going up at speed when it's suppose to (if it was there) .

Only way to fix that is go into computer and set it to "fixed wing", takes a few minutes at the dealer so minimal $.

Let us know how it works out for ya.

Good luck!

Ok thanks for the input guys...

I think everyone is confused... Let me make this clear....

I had the RUF wing which had the brake light included with the wing. Now I sold the RUF wing, I am now putting a GT3 MKII wing which has NO brake light. So now I have to make the top one (green arrow in the picture) work since there's no brake light on GT3 MKII wing. Get it?

Thanks!
