Help- passenger side wiper not working, just blips

It is definitely trying to move, but only moves about an inch while the driver's side one is working. Seems to work sometimes while driving but never at idle. Any clue? Could possibly have anything to do with car audio system, amp gain settings, etc.?

AnakChan is infamous around these parts
Hmmm..sure it's not a matter of just tightening it? I'd say pop off the protective cap at the pivot and take a look at it there. Mine was loose and just needed to tighten the bolt.

Thanks! I'll take a look. Not knowing anything about wiper gearing etc. I didn't really know what to look for, but I suppose taking off the cover and taking a look probably would have been a good start...

Yeah, even if you just pop off the cover and switch on the wiper, see if the motor/bolt is spinning more than 45 degrees, then you can tell at least that part is functioning fine and the wiper is not bolted on tight enough (slipping).

OTOH, if that motor itself is not turning very much, then you have a greater problem.
