Rear tail light out

My right rear tail light is completely out. I know it's not the light because I swapped in my left light and it also gets no power. What could be the problem here? Is there a separate fuse for each tail light?

Thx

LED's, but I have a 1999 C2. It shouldn't be an issue on pre 2001 cars, right?

That's my understanding... dunno. I'd look into the fuses. If nobody knows answer here, try Loren's at renntech, I'm pretty sure he knows answer to question. You can get for $2 one of those testers for electricity in any shop, too. The ones that you use to see if a house outlet is hot or not.
