Not the normal IMS or RMS oil leak.

Here is the quote I got today. Need to know if this looks reasonable.

Where is this being done? The IMS seal and RMS should be done with the engine "in" the car and just the tranny out. This should cost the same as a clutch job without the clutch. With the tranny out, the AOS is extremely accessible. Sending a PM.

It's not leaking from the IMS or RMS. It's leaking from the vent pipe and in order to get at the pipes, the engine has to be dropped. It's also leaking coolant from the water hose.

I got a manual transmission. Is an engine drop needed for these repairs?

Yikes...better do the LN IMSB replacement if you are going to all of that trouble for the AOS. It's possible to do the AOS without removing the engine or tranny. There's a DIY on Renntech.

The AOS isn't the problem here. Just figured to do it as well. There is an oil leak from the vent pipes that lead to the oil seperator.
