Anyone have installed Harness Bar over larger cage?

Anyone have installed Harness Bar over larger cage?

Anyone have one in and any pics? Looking into one instead of a larger cage and looking for any feedback..should just do its job for harnesses, but just curious. thanks anyone

Yes, lots of people have. Just do a search and it'll turn up.

But, common wisdom is that you should go with a roll bar instead of harness bar. You are losing the use of the back seats either way, and only sacrificing your safety. If it comes down to a cost issue, just save your pennies and get proper safety equipment. There's no reason to skimp.

a racing seat with proper slots for a harness and harness bar should never be used without roll protection...just like a harness should never be used with a stock seat that doesn't have eye holes for the harness...in a rollover the driver will be held erect in the seat while the roof comes crashing down on his head...turns a walk away accident into a fatality...you would have a much better chance of surviving a rollover with the stock seat and seatbelt if there is no roll bar because it will allow your body to move...you don't need a full cage but you do need a roll bar and a proper seat
