ABS, to be technical, stands for Acrylonitrate-Butadiene-Styrene.. in simple terms, its a very simple and durable mix of plastics to make a semi ridgid form that is almost perfect compared to fiberglass. Yes the front bumper that is made of polyurethane or (poly, or urethane) is an even greater plastic, especially for a front cover. It did come with all screens, screws, duct work, etc...
