It’s just my opinion, but that wing, on that car looks too pretentious to me.

The wing looks great on older 911's but IMHO it doesnt compliment the 996 lines

 

Have you ever seen those goiters that get bigger than the people's heads they are attached to?

 

I got deal from racer's group. The wing certainly isn't subtle. But every time I went into Kelly Moss Motorsports and saw real track cars, every one of them had wings that were even larger!
But of course they actually use the downforce.

I've been really happy with it though. Most of the small wings just are too subtle for me. I think the only one I really like and prefer would be the turbo style Misha wing. That is nice

If you lower the car and put an agreesive front end on I think it might blend better!! Any plans for this in the future?

Well, since everyone is giving their opinions I think your car is getting close to looking like some of the ricers I see driving around. Too much wing for the 996 body style. But what is imporatant is if you like it. It makes it personal and unique.

 

I think I am going to need to lower it a bit. The front end I may have to wait a bit for.

For me its a fine line between too much and what still looks nice. I am quite happy with how it looks, although I admit I myself it can be a little over the top. But then again I think its all in contect. On a lesser car, I wouldn't dream about putting a wing like this. In the right setting I think it looks fun. When matched with a nice set of champion 3 piece rims, its all in context...
