turbomik1 is infamous around these parts
Thumbs up happy man again!!!

Ok, just picked up my ride.... had a new clutch installed, got 69219 miles and it was bad!!! Luk dual mass flywheel, release bearing, pilot bearing, sach disk and pressure plate 8 new flywheel bolts, and rearmain seal. My neighbor works for Porsche corp. office here in Atlanta so I was able to get all my clutch parts for $1,204.14!!! Buckhead Imports Performance in Smyrna did the clutch during which they found that the oil seperator was leaking so I had that replace as well (much easier during clutch replacement). The labor for the clutch and the oil seperator plus the cost of the oil seperator came to be $899.00. I spent right at $2100.00 not to bad. Hey I highly recommend Buckhead Imports great price good work so far..... BTW their having a open dyno day on Oct. 8, 2011. There will be food and drinks too, I plan on showing, hope some of you locals can make it should be fun!! Info. www.buckheadimports.com

Hell yea, I been driving around with this issue for about half a year now. Before it would just slip only in higher RPMs, then a couple of weeks ago it just went south on me. Now the clutch engages much quicker, the pedal doesn't come up quite as high before engagement, so almost as soon as I start to release the pedal the car starts to move, just feels great!!!!
