997 Gen1 exhaust on a 996?

Hello everyone - this is my first post since joining. I'm over in London and i recently bought a 1999 996 3.4 C4 with a popped gearbox, i have changed the gearbox out and the car is now back on the road but i'm looking to change the exhaust.

I've looked it up and the exhaust hack looks easy to do with great results.

I have managed to get hold of a 997S exhaust cheaply and i know how to do the hack but i was wondering if anyone could tell me if the existing exhaust pipework will fit the CATS and bumper openings without any alteration?

This is the exhaust i have coming: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Porsche-99...item1e672641ac

Thanks

These are mufflers only and they need modification before install them on a 996
