Clear bra install completed...
Took about 2 hours to do the hood and mirrors with prep. I watched the video a few times and followed the directions and it came out perfect. The biggest thing was realizing that you can stretch the material and that you can lift it off if you make a mistake and are careful.
I will try to take pictures.
Meanwhile my OEM Porsche bra in Carbon Fiber and my Mirror bras in carbon fiber look with logo's are for sale in the classifieds, I'll give it about 2 weeks then I'm opening an ebay account since my new bumper is in and I will be selling my old one anyway.

Neil,
It covers about 1/3rd of the hood. FYI: When I first finished the install on sunday there were a few of little bubbles(pin sized) and some strange discolouration from the soapy water. But from other people I knew who had it professionally done,as long as I got just about everything squeegied out it would be ok after a few days. So I left it out in the sun and now it's pretty much perfect.
As for the lines, you did not see them until I waxed the car, then since mine's midnight blue you see the wax line. If my car was yellow or white, you would see nothing. I took a detailers brush and wiped away the wax and now you need to struggle to see the line unless you are looking for it. However that is too much work unless I'm going to a car show or something and the line really doesn't bother me I just wanted to see if it went away.
I'll try to take pictures but don't know how well they will come out. But based upon some reactions from friends, I think I will be doing a few more cars my self and I will try the GT3 bumper film later this summer when my new bumper is on, painted and cured.
Cheers,
Corey

The wheel repair company that I use does the install. I think they have a truck and install "Xpel" 3m stuff on site. Though I have never used them for clear bra.
They are called JerseyShoreAlloyWheelRepair, this is their website. http://www.jsalloy.com though I don't think they have updated it yet, call them. Also I think automotion in in ocean county does as well.
Goodluck,
Corey
