About 2 weeks ago I began to notice a high pitch noise from the engine bay. It is only present while under power and it increase with increasing rpms and decreases with decreasing rpms. If under power and I put the clutch in the noise goes away.

Any ideas? Alternator? I think it started after a heavy rain.

So it only make noise while the clutch is egaged? If so I would say it might be the throw out bearing.
