Suspension Upgrades? Where to start?

Hey guys, looking for some input on where to start with suspension work. Between the supercharger, headers, x pipe and sport cats, I'm pretty happy with the horsepower gains. Now, despite telling myself it would be enough, I want to get the suspension up to par since the extra torque and hp over 4000 rpms can get things squirley.

Currently all I have is some beefed up sway bars but would like to take it to th next level without breaking the bank (I realize it's all relative). Any thoughts? Where to start???

suspension

Just a word. when you replace stock suspension and lower the car, it is often difficult to get the wheels (especially the rear) into proper alignment. Thus you need to buy adjustable camber rods and upper control arms.

In my case, the rears were toed in too much and i was going through sets of rear tires ($$$$ per set) in 5k mi or so.

I just put K-Sport RR fully adjustable coil overs on my 996. The ride is more firm but I was able to get rid of that space between the wheels and the body. My rears are also larger than what is called for so I tucked them with camber adjustments. I got them for a song. 1250 shipped. As a car guy and recreational racer you will be satisfied with these at almost 1/4 the cost of Bilsteins. The quality of materials used has greatly improved over the years. My friend has k-sport on his 600hp rx-7 and that is what made me look their direction. He also has them on a Nissan 240 turbo but they are older and you can see the difference in quality over the years.
