I pulled the serpentine belt off my 2004 996 w/ Tip to check for a whirring noise. The tensioner pulley did fell a bit rough and little wobbly.

While the belt was off, I noticed that the alternator pulley was wearing oddly. The grooves were unevenly worn, as if some portions of the groove peaks were missing. Has anyone seen this before?
