Shots of my 911 in DTLA
Thanks guys!
ding ding ding..You can go on the ADAPTEC SPEEDWARE website and have them custom built from there. I had the thinnest adapters built for my car 15mm all around (all hardware included for a bit over $200). Then you build the adapters according to your bolt pattern and the specs of the new wheels such as bolt pattern/bore size.
No, my car is slow
I guessed you were using adaptec adapters since you were sponsored by them at SEMA
. The varrstoen 2.2.2's though are only available in offsets ranging from 0-30, and because of the thickness of the adapter, i'm guessing the only way to run those wheels is to run less wide of a rim or run high offsets. I've been trying to do something like this for my cayman for a while now since our choice of wheels is somewhat limited with the 5x130 bolt pattern. Can you send me a link to the adapter you used? What widths and offsets are you running?
BTW, your 996 is one of my favorite both how it looks currently and when it was speed yellow.

I noticed you have some kind of rubber or seal around your tail light, where did you get that stuff?? mine is gt3 after market but since its not sealed like yours going to carwash is a night mare
Thanks guys
matte red sounds tough!
ha ha..It's actually just a cosmetic matte black 3M 1080 wrap that's solely on the surface of the tail light and doesn't really serve a purpose
