Muffler Bypass

So decided to get the bypasses
and while I was under there, thought to change the coil packs, plugs, and remove the heat wrap, etc

The other day me and my friend were driving back from picking up some parts, me in the 911, him in his z06.
A deer jumped out of the bushes on our way to my place and I SLAM the brakes, and next thing I hear is crunch... My worst nightmares were running through my head, we were doing about 55km when it happened. I stop and run to the back of my car only to see it spotless...he hit the bumperette and it had a small scratch. Thank god for those hideous things, on the other hand. The Z06 had really ate it. Paint was gone and we were both angry.
So today I Dropped the bumper and did the bypass in 39 degree Germany weather. She sounds throaty and mean. I like them. I am doing the plugs tomorrow, it is too cold now to try and do it all tonight.

All in all a very good day. I will post pics soon, I am just so happy I am not pricing new rear bumpers right now

I just has mine delivered last week but I might have to wait a few months before I fit them as I've just run out of demerit points on my license and really don't need to be seen nor heard by the cops for a bit.
Good to hear you're happy with them.

I have the bypass pipes on 2 years now & love the growl. But it's not a daily driver.

I love my pipes, they sound so mean now. True, the polizei in german are sound freaks, but I dont drive her that far into town. Just around the outskirts.
