Talking maintenance

At 30k miles is there any special parts that need changing as routine maintenace besides oil and filters?My 2000 996 is running fine and i love it I just wanna stay ahead of the game. Thanks

Just follow your recommended maintenance and change what needs changing - when it needs changing. You'll be fine.

Many people overlook brake fluid. It should be changed every two years at a minimum, regardless of miles.

Good to know, I'd change it next week.
It's hydrophilic, so it attracts water. Over the course of a course of a couple of years, it can attract quite a bit of water from condensation. You don't want water in your brake system. It can cause corrosion, and it also lowers the boiling point of the brake fluid. This can cause you to lose your brakes in extreme conditions, like track use.
