996 c4s gear stick
hi all
just purchased a 2003 c4s manual, and noticing some issues with the gearstick.
Sometimes it it hard to change from 2nd to 3rd, as in it is hard to find the gear
any ideas what this could be? bushes???

It looks a stock shifter. I haven't taken the gaitor off to check anything yet. Even the side to side movement seems to stick
