Suspension squeek?

Just over the last couple of days, I've notice my front suspension is a bit squeaky. I noticed it when I was driving in an enclosed parking garage, I hit a dip and you can hear the whole car squeak. It's not terribly hi-pitched, and if I manually push the car up and down with sitting still, I don't hear anything. Im not well versed in the mechanics of the car, but any insight would be appreciated. 2000 Cab.

thanks!

Try having tech spray the rubber bushings in the suspension at next opportunity. This helps quiet down my ride but does not solve the problem. Replacing the bushings requires a realignment and is required at some point as they dry out and are subject to wear.
