I have a 2003 Carrera Cabriolet with the BOSE sound system and 6 Disc Changer. Will this deck work with my vehicle? I am confused that it will work with MOST and pre-MOST systems.

Seeing as the ebay unit is advertised as from a 2003, and your car is a 2003, the deck should work fine. IIRC, the "MOST" fiber optic system was introduced on 2003 model year cars (the 2002 and earlier use good old fashioned wires).

You can make sure by having the seller send you a photo of the back of the head unit being offered for sale, and comparing that to the back of your existing head unit.

 

Sometimes with the bose systems the head unit has issues syncing with the amp due to firmware differences.
