Our '99 has been in the shop for a week getting the LR wheel bearing replaced under the shop warranty.

While it was there, they must have left the door open or key in the ignition or whatever and killed the battery

The car jumped off fine and the battery seems ok, but I now have to unlock the radio.

I have the radio card and input the code, but it goes back to the first digit input prompt. The radio manual says that the radio should start playing after I put the code in.

I got frustrated and put the numbers in enough times to force it into "wait" mode.

Am I missing a step?
